We ship by "Russian Post" courier only by registered mail unless otherwise agreed before purchase with the shop owner. Registered mail option includes tracking the order by the tracking number, which is provided to the Customer right after the shipping and guarantees safe delivery of the order to you.
If the order was lost by the carrier, delayed, and was not delivered, then Customer should contact the store owner and we will solve this problem. We will file a missing mail claim and request for searching the envelope. Only if the order has not been found within 2 months, the courier officially pays compensation, then the Seller makes a full refund to the Buyer or resend order if it’s possible. In such cases, a discount coupon is also offered for the next order. (This happens very rarely, but no one is immune from delivery errors).
If the order arrived at your post office and you did not pick it up within the specified storage period, then the order is returned back as "Unclaimed". In this case, there is no fault of the seller, and the order can be re-sent after the Buyer pays the postage expenses.
