Order Step-by-Step Instruction
There are few easy steps of the ordering procedure:
  1. First, open the category you are looking for, then select tag words on the top of the page to out topics you would like you purchase — selected photograph will be sorted automatically in the list bуlow.
  2. After that, place items you like to the basket by clicking "Add to cart" button. NOTE: If you click on the selected item, you will be getting to the page of the selected product with more specifications. There you will learn more about the quality, size, date of creation etc. of the item.
  3. When you have finished choosing the items the drag the cursor over the basket (right top corner) and click "Checkout".
  4. Check your order and click "Checkout". In the cart, you will need to fill in your full postal address and leave your contact details (email or your Instagram account) so that I can contact you in the future and issue you an invoice with payment instructions.
  5. Due to temporary US sanctions, the PayPal or Visa/Mastercard option is temporarily unavailable, but there are alternative payment methods. The conditions are discussed individually with each customer and all wishes are considered.
  6. We ship via Russian Post (registered mail with tracking number, this option includes insurance). We usually provide tracking number and the link where you can track it if needed.
  7. Items are typically shipped from Russia once a week, shipping rates differ depending on the country of destination, NOTE: some countries in Africa, Asia? Oceania and Latin America are temporarily unavailable due to Pandemic postal restrictions.
  8. Delivery to the USA and Europe depends on the workload of the carrier and is carried out in transit through Germany, Poland, the United Arab Emirates and Serbia and the terms take: to the USA — from 10 to 35 days, Europe — 10−35 days depending on the country of destination (up to 45 days to Iceland and Overseas Territories), Canada — 24−45 days, Asia: 24−45 days depending on the country of destination, Australia — 24−45 days (We don’t temporarily ship to New Zealand).

Important note: it should be borne in mind that the customs of countries such as Italy, Spain and some others can store incoming mail in sorting centers for a long time before processing and registering, so there may be delays if the postal operator of these countries is slow-working.

Please also consider the possibility that purchases by buyers from the EU and the UK may be subject to VAT if purchased from abroad.
Return & Replacement Policy
In case when you receive goods with defects not related to shipping and postal mishandling not described or visible on site at high resolution scans, then please, inform us about such defects within 3 days from the day order was delivered. The request for article replacement should be sent to eugenejack22@gmail.com with the photos and the description of the defects. We shall resolve the issue within 5 working days without regard to shipping time.
Order Cancelling
You can cancel your order at any time before you pay. Just write us an e-mail to eugenejack22@gmail.com.

Just do not pay for your order if you don’t want it anymore. The invoice becomes invalid 7 days after you make an order.

If you paid for the order and soon changed your mind about buying the item, then a refund is possible on the condition that the buyer pays expenses for the reverse transfer of funds through the payment system.
Order Loss
We ship by "Russian Post" courier only by registered mail unless otherwise agreed before purchase with the shop owner. Registered mail option includes tracking the order by the tracking number, which is provided to the Customer right after the shipping and guarantees safe delivery of the order to you.

If the order was lost by the carrier, delayed, and was not delivered, then Customer should contact the store owner and we will solve this problem. We will file a missing mail claim and request for searching the envelope. Only if the order has not been found within 2 months, the courier officially pays compensation, then the Seller makes a full refund to the Buyer or resend order if it’s possible. In such cases, a discount coupon is also offered for the next order. (This happens very rarely, but no one is immune from delivery errors).

If the order arrived at your post office and you did not pick it up within the specified storage period, then the order is returned back as "Unclaimed". In this case, there is no fault of the seller, and the order can be re-sent after the Buyer pays the postage expenses.
Order Processing Time
